How we use information
Who is responsible for your information?
Faraj Law Ltd (company number 15191729), known as Faraj Law Limited on the SRA register, is responsible for the personal information it handles. Our registered office is Suite 12, 4th Floor, Barlow House, Minshull Street, Manchester M1 3DZ. You can contact us at info@farajlaw.co.uk.
Enquiries through this website
The website is hosted on Vercel. The enquiry form prepares a message using your configured email application; it does not submit enquiries to a website database. You must send the message from your email application. Once received, email enquiries are handled by the firm. If you choose WhatsApp, that service also applies its own privacy terms. Please do not include passports, medical records or other sensitive documents in an initial enquiry.

We may collect your name, contact details, enquiry information and other information you choose to provide. Technical information such as IP address and browser data may also be processed where necessary for website security and operation.
Purposes and legal bases
We use information to respond to enquiries, consider whether we can act, provide legal services, meet professional and legal obligations, protect our systems and manage our business. The applicable legal basis may include steps before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared where necessary with professional advisers, service providers, courts, regulators, public authorities or other parties involved in a matter. We retain information only for as long as required for the relevant purpose and our legal or regulatory obligations.
